Does it work with my business?
Yes — if your business has a Google Business profile (any restaurant, salon, gym, clinic, or shop does), SmartRater works for you. You simply link your own Google review page to the stand.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers tap their phone (NFC) or scan the QR code with their camera. It opens your Google review page directly in their browser.
How do I link my Google reviews?
Find your review link in your Google Business profile, then program it to the stand's NFC chip and QR code. Full instructions are included, and it takes under a minute.
Is it really both NFC and QR?
Yes. Newer phones tap via NFC; any phone with a camera can scan the QR code. Either way, customers reach your review page in one step.
